Shipping Process
RouteKR uses a two-step shipping process: (1) Domestic shipping from the Korean seller to our center (1-5 business days), (2) International shipping from our center to your address. After receiving and inspecting your item, we calculate the shipping fee based on weight and destination. Once you pay the shipping fee, we dispatch within 1-2 business days.
Shipping Rates
International shipping rates are based on actual weight. Rates include packaging materials and handling.

Packaging & Handling
All items are carefully inspected and securely packaged before international shipping. We use appropriate protective materials (bubble wrap, reinforced boxes) to ensure safe delivery. Fragile items receive extra care at no additional cost.
Customs & Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by your country's customs authority. These fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping rates. Duty-free thresholds vary by country: Japan (16,666 JPY), United States ($800), Canada (CAD $20). We accurately declare the item value on customs forms.
Prohibited & Restricted Items
The following items cannot be shipped internationally:
- Hazardous materials (flammable, explosive, corrosive substances)
- Lithium batteries (standalone, not installed in devices)
- Restricted items by destination country (varies by country regulations)
- Counterfeit or pirated goods, weapons, illegal substances
