What inspection checks—and its limits

- Compare the item, marked model, color, size and quantity
- Check listed accessories and significant visible condition
- Functional/playback checks depend on what is feasible for the item; discrepancies pause dispatch for review
Requires separate or specialist review
- Authenticity, disassembly, endurance testing or battery-life guarantees
- Opening seals, bulk piece-by-piece checks or extra detail photos
- Hidden defects, future durability or guaranteed customs clearance
Opening or separately charged work requires prior consent. Specify important checks before ordering. We tell you when something cannot be verified.
Before you place an order
What if the seller does not reply or the item is sold?
Purchase may be impossible. We explain the status and refund handling. We cannot guarantee purchase or a discount from an unresponsive or unwilling seller.
What if the item differs from the listing?
We pause dispatch and explain the differences and available options. Returns, exchanges and costs depend on the seller’s terms and the cause.
Are used items automatically eligible for import?
No. Destination, category, material and origin restrictions still apply. Missing required documents or unavailable transport can pause purchase or dispatch.
What about negotiation fees and Pass?
Check the current fee and balance conditions on the negotiation request page. There is no separate success fee. Pass does not override the ₩50,000 minimum.
