How proxy buying works
🔎Find a product
Find what you want on Korean shops (Musinsa, Olive Young, 29CM, Bunjang, etc.) or the RouteKR catalog. With our Chrome extension you can order right from the real site.
🛒Order & 1st payment
Enter options, quantity and shipping address to create your order, then make the 1st payment (item price + service fee). The service fee is ₩3,000 per order, free for orders over ₩100,000. Payment is via PayPal.
📦RouteKR buys for you
Once we confirm your order, RouteKR purchases it in Korea and receives it at our own warehouse.
🔍Receiving & inspection
When your item arrives, we inspect it with photos/video and measure its volumetric weight (W×D×H ÷ 6000; the greater of actual and volumetric weight applies). We'll notify you of any issues.
✈️2nd payment & shipping
After the weight is confirmed, make the 2nd payment (international shipping + inspection fee + duties, etc.) and we ship it overseas. Multiple orders can be combined. Japan typically takes 3–7 days.

How much is the fee?▾
The proxy-buying fee is ₩3,000 per order, free for orders over ₩100,000. (Item price and shipping are separate.)
Why two payments?▾
The 1st covers item price + fee at order time; the 2nd covers international shipping + inspection fee (+ duties) once the weight is confirmed.
What is volumetric weight?▾
International shipping uses the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight (W×D×H ÷ 6000). Light but bulky items are charged by volumetric weight, measured and confirmed at dispatch.
What about duties and taxes?▾
For some countries (DDP) we include duties and taxes in the 2nd payment (with duty-free thresholds and tax shown). Other countries follow the destination's rules.
How do you inspect items?▾
On receipt we verify authenticity and condition with photos/video. If there's a mismatch or defect, we'll guide you through a return/refund.
What payment methods?▾
Currently payment is via PayPal (through Toss Payments). (Overseas cards coming soon.)
Is buying used on Bunjang safe?▾
We only work with SafePay (escrow) sellers. You're refund-protected against non-shipment or fraud.
How long does it take overall?▾
Usually 7–14 days (buying 1–2 days, domestic delivery 1–5 days, inspection/packing 1–2 days, international shipping 3–10 days).
Can I combine multiple orders?▾
Yes — combining shipments saves on international shipping costs.
