RouteKR buys, inspects, consolidates and ships Korean products on behalf of overseas customers. We ship to 14 countries. We work with two kinds of partner.

1. Platforms and marketplaces

Services that show Korean products to overseas users who cannot buy them directly

  • ·Give us a product URL and we return the full landed cost for the destination country — item price, our fee, international shipping, duties and VAT. Your users see what they will pay before they click.
  • ·Real-time availability, down to the option level (size, colour). A discovery product dies the moment it shows something that cannot be bought.
  • ·A single link opens a pre-filled order form. You can start with no engineering work.
  • ·Access to Korean stores that block overseas IP addresses.

2. Korean brands and manufacturers

Brands with overseas demand that shipping, customs or language support is blocking

  • ·Use our shipping network to 14 countries as it stands — no new carrier contracts or rate negotiations.
  • ·Video inspection before dispatch, so defects are caught in Korea. Found after international delivery, the return freight costs more than the item.
  • ·Per-country customs rules, tax rates and restricted-item checks, with duties and VAT calculated up front for the customer.
  • ·Customer support in 7 languages.

With the following we can move straight to terms in our first reply. Without it, verification comes first and that takes time.

  1. Company name, country and registration number. Pre-incorporation or a solo project is fine — we simply need to know who we would be contracting with.
  2. Website or demo, and your launch date
  3. Team size and stage (funded or bootstrapped)
  4. Expected monthly volume and where that traffic comes from
  5. Destination countries and product categories
  6. The commercial terms you have in mind

How we work

  1. Verification — we establish who each side is
  2. Terms — we settle per completed order. We do not do per-click or monthly retainers.
  3. A three-month pilot, then we review against actual results
