This Privacy Policy applies to:

• The RouteKR Chrome Extension (the "Extension") available on the Chrome Web Store
• The routekr.com website (the "Service")

Both are operated by 픽앤플레이스 (Business Registration: 215-18-99089).

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Through Our Website (routekr.com)

To provide our proxy purchasing service: name, email address, shipping address, phone number, and payment information. We also collect browsing data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

1.2 Through Our Chrome Extension

The Extension collects the following information only when you actively use it on supported Korean shopping websites (Musinsa, Olive Young, Coupang, 29CM, etc.):

• Page URLs: The URL of the supported shopping page you are viewing (only on supported sites listed in host_permissions)
• Product information: Product name, price, image URL, and seller information visible on the page
• Search queries: Keywords you enter in the Extension popup
• User preferences: Your settings (language, currency, target country) stored locally in your browser via chrome.storage
• Anonymous usage statistics: Click events and feature usage (no personal identification)

The Extension does NOT collect:

• Browsing history outside supported shopping sites
• Login credentials or passwords
• Credit card numbers (handled only by PayPal on routekr.com)
• Personal communications or emails

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Process and fulfill your proxy purchase orders
• Display global price comparisons in the Extension (Korea vs. Japan/US/EU markets)
• Calculate shipping costs and customs estimates for your country
• Communicate order status updates
• Process payments through PayPal
• Improve our Extension and Service
• Comply with legal obligations

We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Information Sharing

We share your information only with:

• Payment processors (PayPal) for transaction processing
• Shipping carriers (DHL, EMS, etc.) for delivery
• Korean online stores as required to complete your proxy purchase (delivery address for the seller to ship to our fulfillment center)

The Extension does not transmit your data to any third-party services beyond our own routekr.com servers.

4. Data Storage and Retention

• Extension local data: Stored in your browser via chrome.storage.local. You can clear it anytime by removing the Extension.
• Account data: Stored on our servers (located in South Korea) for as long as your account is active.
• Order data: Retained for 5 years for tax and legal compliance purposes.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures:

• Encrypted connections (SSL/TLS) for all data transmission
• Secure server infrastructure
• Restricted access controls
• Extension uses Chrome's secure storage API

However, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure.
