Refund & Cancellation Policy

Statutory Withdrawal Right (Korea E-Commerce Act, Article 17)

You may withdraw your purchase within 7 days from the date you received the goods.

  • Change of mind: withdrawal allowed within 7 days of delivery (return shipping is the customer's responsibility).
  • Item differs from listing/ad: withdrawal allowed within 3 months of receipt, or 30 days from when the discrepancy was discovered.
  • Withdrawal may be restricted if the item has been used, damaged, or its resale value has decreased over time.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Before purchase: Full refund of first payment minus PayPal processing fees.
  • After purchase (before arriving at center): Cancellation depends on the seller's return policy. A 5% cancellation fee applies.
  • After arriving at center: Cancellation is possible but return shipping to the seller and a 10% handling fee apply.

Refund Policy

Refunds are provided in the following cases:

  • Item is out of stock and cannot be purchased — full refund.
  • Wrong item received from the seller — we contact the seller for exchange or refund on your behalf.
  • Item is significantly different from the listing — refund after review of inspection photos.

Return Policy

Returns after international shipping are handled as follows:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • Refund is processed after the item is received back at our center.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Items that have been used or opened (cosmetics, food, etc.)
  • Items damaged due to customer negligence after delivery
  • Change of mind after international shipping has been completed
