Shipping Insurance

We charge the carrier premium at cost, without an insurance markup. Existing payment-method fees are shown separately at checkout. Selecting this option is a request, not proof of coverage. Eligibility, insured value, coverage limit and premium must be checked for the carrier, country and goods before billing; actual enrolment is confirmed separately. EMS covers actual loss within the insured value for total or partial loss, theft or damage in transit. Actual loss is based on the goods value on the customs declaration; payment above the declared or insured value is not guaranteed. Inadequate packing, inherent defects, force majeure, seizure or destruction of prohibited goods and indirect losses such as lost sales may be excluded. For damage, retain the packaging and photos and contact us promptly. Acceptance without objection may prevent compensation. EMS requires an investigation request within four months of dispatch. Paid EMS postage is reimbursed under its compensation terms, excluding the insurance fee. Autograph, rarity or collectible value is not guaranteed merely by a purchase receipt. Other carriers follow their own terms. No premium is charged if coverage is unavailable.
